Kids
In week 6, as a group we watched a film called 'Kids'. We went to chubbs building in Wolverhampton to view the film. The film is about youngsters however the film isn't suitable for them. The film was about sex, drugs and alcohol. The film demonstrates how s.t.dz can have a negative impact on young people’s lives.

It’s about Kids, but not for kids." that’s what one comment was made on the film http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0113540/usercomments. The film for me personally was atrocious because it was so realistic and in your face. The film highlighted the aspects of youngsters in today’s society and what they get up to so in depth. The message behind the film is the harsh truth about teenage life e.g. binge drinking and teenage pregnancy.

Overall I think that the film is really sickening but the way the director showed the film was really powerful. In this way youngsters will grasp the situation more clearly and see the truth in sex,drugs and alcohol as well this the parents will be more aware of there kids.
